"AYE YAI YAI”

THE WÀN Capsule Collection

JUNE 2022

This collection is inspired by today’s Hip-hop, and R&B music videos with Viola’s personal background as a pro dancer, a performer with my own unique style, and understanding of colors.

As she sees herself working with some top music artists in near future to help them bring out their artistry, creativity, and visions through fashion in music videos and live performances. This capsule collection was especially inspired by @coileray and her latest song “Aye Yai Yai” ft. @bleuvandross from her latest album “Trendsetter”

This time she really pushed herself to think about how she would like to design& style for @coileray

as if she’s doing this music video for her and @bleuvandross

“BUSS IT OPEN”

August 2021

This was the first visual that THE WÀN produced that not only choreographed but also made all the clothes in collaboration with Cameron Mcgregor. Everyone was in THE WÀN style as well!

“ON GOD”

October 2020

This visual was created for fun, but more importantly, specifically to empower Asian females.

The severe lack of Asian voices and representatives in this whole entertainment industry, Social media, mainstream media, etc. As part of her personal experience being in the industry Viola herself, it makes her really wanna bring her community here in LA together to showcase to the world the power, and beauty of being an Asain Woman.

“MULAN”

September 2020

It was a visual created as something special to Viola during the pandemic(2020) with everything going on in the world to appreciate her own culture and bring western culture, which has been influencing her heavenly for the past 4 years, together.

“CRAVIN”

December 2019

It was a visual inspired by pop culture, LA. Viola also dedicated this one to herself, to the year—2019, to my mentors, to all my friends, and to everyone who has been supporting and always being there for her!

In this visual, she is utilizing and exploring her love for colors because she strongly believes different colors represent different emotions, feelings, and moods.

“BLONDIE”

July 2019

It was THE WÀN first-ever fashion+ dancing visual produced by Viola to empower females. As women, we are sexy, sophisticated, caring, loving, independent, etc in our own way. We are unapologetic, we are who we are, we can do whatever the f*CK we want.
